Rabi is a seasoned healthcare strategy consultant with over 8 years of global healthcare industry experience. His passion to redefine healthcare delivery in India prompted him to found Adya Lifecare, a chain of dialysis centers. He has helped hospitals, dialysis centers, medical Equipment benefit, healthcare distributors, consumer health clients on various strategic issues such as business development, operational improvement, portfolio rationalization, redefining customer strategies. Prior to founding Adya Lifecare, Rabi was a project consultant at Nortel Netowrks in Telesoft CA, USA office. He also founded setup IT infrastructure and operation of Small and Big BPO's projects in India and USA like HeroITes ,Rsystems, GTL etc.

Dr. Upendra Singh is a Nephrologist/Renal Specialist and General Physician and has an experience of 18+ years in these fields. He completed MBBS from Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University in 1999, MD - Medicine from Bundelkhand University in 2003 and DNB - Nephrology from Apollo Hospitals in 2008. He is a member of Delhi Medical Council.

Prashant is an accomplished business finance leader with 21+ years of enviable experience in leading transformational journeys of global MNCs and SMEs in the form of senior leadership roles. He commenced his entrepreneurial journey by founding an innovative start-up-FinStain Solutions. He has a proven track record of providing apt advice to businesses in high growth environment as well as during their flat or downturn moments. He firmly believes that sustainable businesses and robust financials are a sincere act of co-creation, and ought to be in harmony with the Planet, People and Profit. At a personal level, he works as a pro-bono mentor to several small community development non-profits. He is a Chartered Accountant and Masters in Business Finance from the ICAI (India), Chartered ccountant from the ICAEW (England & Wales) FCMA and CGMA from CIMA (UK) and an MBA from University of Southampton (UK).
